All consultations (via chat, call, or video) are delivered through our secure platform or scheduled using the contact details you provide at the time of booking.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with service details and next steps.
Most digital services are scheduled and delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on availability and the type of service.

Report Delivery

Reports such as Kundli analysis, birth journals, or personalized remedies will be shared in PDF format via email or WhatsApp.
Report delivery timelines range from 1 to 5 working days depending on the complexity of the request.

Physical Deliveries (If Applicable)

For services that involve physical products (like energized yantras, pooja items, or Prasad):

Products are shipped through reliable courier partners.
Delivery timelines range from 5–10 working days within India.
Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

Please note: Shipping of physical items is limited to select services and regions. Most offerings from Astro Sutra remain completely digital.
